Been purchasing from Amazon since December - placed numerous orders which were never filled and finally just gave up

I have been waiting 10 days for my supplies and have spoken to your rep Mike (who is excellent by the way) He keeps requesting an emergency order but cant get an answer to why nothing has been sent to me. He told me that it is a prescription problem. After I made the original order no one contacted me to tell me there was a problem so I waited for my order to come and it didn't. I contacted my doctor to see what the problem was and they said they had no request on file. Please send me the supplies asap.

I received 2 emails that it’s time to reorder about 1-2 weeks apart. I responded to both emails confirming to ship the same order. A message was received saying a representative will process the order. It has been another 1-2 weeks and I haven’t received anything.

This was first order after Urologist prescription. I was concerned about shipment arrival because I had an out of town trip planned. Every representative I spoke with I discussed that I didn't want to have the shipment arrive while I was away. At first I was told that overnight shipping would be used. I received no order confirmation or tracking information. Daily calls to Comfort Medical provided no information. The day before my departure FedEx provided tracking information for a package sent from Independence Medical in Durham NC. Again I called Comfort Medical for status but did not receive a clear answer. The shipment arrived the next day after I had left for my trip. Doorbell camera shows and large package on my doorstep. I had to ask my daughter to go by my home to place the package inside. In summary, the exact thing I wished to avoid happened in spite of repeated calls to Comfort Medical. Representatives repeatedly told me that they would update me on my shipment, but I received no calls or emails. To cap off this saga, when I returned home and opened the package it was short 30 items. Packing list said there were three boxes of 30, but there were only two boxes of 30. More phone calls to nice people that don't seem to have a clue and don't follow up.

I was called at work. I saw it was your company calling, so I walked out of a meeting to answer. The woman who called me transferred me, and I was on a five-minute hold for the second person. The salesman did not ship the samples I requested, but ones my wife said she would never try on. Why didn't you ship the samples we requested on-line?

Double billing! Again! Received a statement with a amount owed below a long list of items, each with three dollar amounts shown. Unable to see how this jumble added up to the total amount shown. However, this bill I had paid a month ago! Spoke to a company rep who told me it takes 6 weeks for a payment to show in the system! Yeah, right! I informed the rep that I'm not paying and will be reporting this to Humana and Medicare so it will be on record in case this ever goes to collection and harms my credit rating. This is not the first double billing I've received with this company. I'm not saying that this double billing practice is a dishonest way to confuse customers into inadvertently paying twice but then I have no way of knowing that it isn't.

Got my supplies. 2 overnight bags for a month. Someone took them out of original packaging and placed them in a large zip lock like bag… not sterile!!!

My 90 year old mother was billed for ostomy supplies because the company used her secondary insurance (Medicare supplement) only and did not file on her primary insurance (Medicare). This went on for nine months and my mother was not notified until she received a threatening letter that she owed $160.00 She paid the bill and called the company. The representative said she would correct the error and try to get my mother a refund. Three weeks later she received another bill due to the same problem. Their billing department is a disaster!!!
