Customer service is the heartbeat of any company, Comfort Medical apparently has a very strong heartbeat. From the onset of the first call all the way to receiving my first order I was treated with respect and care. I was provided updates as to when my order was shipped and the anticipated arrival date. I will happily being using this company for all of my ostomy supplies. Thank you Comfort Medical for a well run company!
