Star has been wonderful to work with on my ostomy supplies. She sent me several videos to review and offered great tips on how I could improve my life while living with my ostomy. Once I explained I was having a hard time with break throughs, she sent me several different pouch samples to try. I am now feeling more confident with my Convex pouches. Thank you Star for all your help!

From the first telephone call I felt I was at the right place. Sorry i can't remember the name of the agent I spoke with, but she was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable of all the products you carried and even suggested some things I didn't know existed, that helped me. I was quite surprised, knowing that Comfort had to get info from the doctor and also from home health here, that they received the info faxed so fast and was able to ship my order so quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when my complete order arrived in a few days. My son, in Texas, had gotten samples sent to me and when I was dismissed from home health, he got the phone number for your company, I called and the rest is history. A BIG THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE RECEIVED.

Been a customer for several years. Service has been great. Only foul-up was when I received a double order. I think that has now been straightened out and we are back on track. Much better to receive a double order than miss an order!
