This is my first experience with an ostomy. The staff at Shends Hospital recommended Coloplast products. I worked with Rebecca Zamora a Consumer Care Advisor at Coloplast. She recommended Comfort Medical because they were local and very reliable and she was correct in her assessment. An order was placed on April 12 2022 and I recieved the products on April 16th 2022. I am quite satisfied with the products.

I called in desperation. I had placed an order in Jan but come April my Dr still had not contacted comfort medical. I was exhausted, mad, angry, hurt and worst of all I had no flanges or pouches. I was literally in a towel for days. I had received samples from the makers but they were gone. They were so helpful!! Within 24 hours I had some sample flanges and pouches of my brand! I spoke with several people who helped my Dr get himself in gear and send my prescription renewal. Within one week I had all my supplies!! This company went above and beyond to help me. I don't ever want to change companies and I let my insurance company know it!! Thank you comfort medical... I'm truly grateful and humbled by your kindness!!

Terrific experience, you helped me switch from the big catheter to the compact and I tried ordering online and it was awesome. Everything went so smoothly. I recommend Comfort Medical.

Great service and product

The ordering process and the follow through was great. I was on a 3 way call with my doctor when we ordered it from a gentleman I did not get his name. Then I recieved a follow up call from Faith, who was absolutely wonderful. She explained the whole process to me let me know when I would be receiving my catheters and explained my insurance coverage and my out of pocket cost. I received my catheters on time, now I'm just waiting for my billing statement.

I made one phone call to Lynette Roberts, who heard me and helped fulfill my prescription. She shared all of the necessary information and made the switch from a really bad provider to your company, a very seamless transition. One call tally, one call. At the very least Lynette Roberts deserves recognition, and a thank , so THANK YOU Lynette, you are appreciated!!!

Excellent customer service from Kereen. Order received promptly. Best supplier of ostomy supplies I have used in 18 years.
