My order was perfect but I changed my order and wanted no sting adhesive remover...I received adhesive remover but not no sting

Haven't seen any billing yet, hoping that Medicare will cover 100% after deductible, but would like to know cost. After I see that then i would be able to make a better rating.

The representative was knowledgeable and courteous. He seemed to want to talk more than listen. All in all, not bad.

Quality of the belt is terrible. small hooks fail quickly.

I waited for two weeks for a shipment to arrive at my door with my son‘s ostomy supplies. After running out of supplies I contacted the company to be told that one item from the entire order was not available. Because of this one item, the entire order was held up. It would’ve been great if someone had taken the time to call me to let me know that an item was not available and asked me if I chose to substitute it with something else. I then would’ve had the option to either exchange the item delete the item or continue to wait. The entire order would not have been placed on temporary hold. I ran out of supplies but luckily I was able to find enough necessary pieces to get to the delivery the next morning. The customer service rep on the phone assured me that my order would be sent overnight. I was a bit skeptical because the following morning was a Saturday but as promised the order was there I greatly appreciate all the help I was given on the phone by the customer support rep team

I had a very good experience when ordering my Ostomy supplies. I needed to change couple things & had no problem doing it.. and supplies were delivered to my house within 2 weeks time. Only one time did i have someone kinda rude on phone..that was when I had received something in my monthly supplies that i DIDn't order & had no clue how to use & they didn't fit so I had no use for them. I called to find out if & how I could retun & told lady i had opened one box to see what they were & used one (or tried) she was not very nice & told me I didn't get it from there. Umm..yes I did since they were in the box with all my usual supplies ^ noi the item was NOT on my order sheet as I DIDN"T ORDER THEM! Took a while but she finally seen the light after I told her the item number. But still couldn't send themback so now I am stuck with them.

Did not say when back order would be shipped.

Never any problems with their service.
