The supplies are slow to arrive. I was in desperate need of one item & had to call Comfort Medical several times. I had to go buy the item & pay out of pocket. All I ask is for some communication as to what is going on with the order. My original order took over 3 weeks to arrive. The brochure says 7 to 10 days. The staff are so polite but I need honesty.

I spoke with your rep. Yvonne on 8/5/21. She said she's fedexing my order that day. I had been unable to reach her (phone tag). I did not receive an order until 8/16/21. That left me without product for weeks. This was too long for a FedEx order and has caused apprehension on my part. After speaking with Coloplast again, I will stay to see how the next delivery goes.

I received a bill for an accumulated amount for a period of over a year. This was the first indication that I owed anything on my purchases after over a year. The notice was less that cordial, giving me 30 days to pay or other actions would take place. This prompted a call to Customer Service that lasted at least 30 minutes. I was told that you had computer problems that caused this situation. This is POOR customer service at best. Also, I put in place your new re-order function and DID NOT REQUEST a refill, yet one was shipped to me anyway. You need to do some testing on your software before you go live with it.

For the most part things have not been too bad. My problem is the last 2 orders have had errors. I am still waiting for part of my order that was left out.

I have been using Comfortable Medical for over 1yr and always had great experiences. However this month I placed my order and never received a confirmation. I reached out to customer service after 2-3wks and was asked if I had new insurance; I did, so I'm assuming that was the hold up. No one ever called to let me know it was issues but I will take the fault on this one for not updating my insurance. Well fast forward to my insurance being updated and shipment processed. I received my order in 2 pieces. The 2nd order was late and I had to inquire about it, which the customer service rep had no idea why it was late. I hope that next shipment is smoother because I was honestly ready to change companies due to lack of customer service communication.

the first month went fine then they made a company decision to change my catheter 3 days before i ran out.new product came 5 days later and was totally inferior to my original catheter.
