Representative seemed put out that had changes to make in my order. That a request would have to be made of my Doctor for another prescription. I have changing elements to my condition that I have continually address. I wish I could simply say "ditto" to your order request. But, I have several meeti gs with my VA ostomy nurse,who provided me damp,es to try. As well as dialogs with my Surgeon's ostomy nurse. I ask you to remain flexible in hopes that I can someday find a permanent answer. Thank you

I made my first order with Comfort medical 3 weeks ago. I would have given it 5 stars if the sales representative would have given me more details about the product I was buying. However, when I posted a concern, a representative got right back to me with the details I needed. I intend to continue ordering through Comfort Medical. They have gained my trust!

Great service on quick delivery time. Only one issue and it was that the boxes of lubricant spilled out into large overall shipping box. Next time be sure boxes are securely closed.

Came through in a clutch, first order was delayed by a missing prescription and they shipped a sample to fill the gap until the prescription was received. Order received as requested and we are happy with the products at this time. New user so we are still trying to figure out what works.

I have only ordered from this source once, but it's customer service is far better than others I have ordered from in the past. Everyone has been helpful, but not too pushy. My order came as promised.

I only got 1 condom in the sample mailing when I wanted more. Luckily I got the main supply on the day that I ran out. Also unclear whether I can get the adhesive strips from Comfort under the Medicare Ins. Conrad
