Everything started great. After a year, I started getting the occasional pump that would leak, bag that would pop, catheter that would have a hole in the balloon, and tubes that developed a kink in a weak spot. The flip cap on the water bag is difficult to open. For the most part, though, the supplies are quality and arrive quickly.

The only problem I encountered was the inability of your agent who took my order to discuss copay amount. He promised I would receive a follow-up email with pricing info, bit I didn't. In my opinion, things should not move forward until copay amount is clarified.

Everyone I talked to was very helpful and professional. We are very pleased with the service so far.

You send the products quickly, but then you bug me every week to order more. Then you send pictures and messages on my email that anyone might see concerning ostomies etc. The products you sent were 1box extra, but I can just use it next month. I give you high marks for getting the items here quickly. Last time, not this time you sent the wrong tape. This time the phone person just told me you were back ordered on Pink Tape, so I began to look elsewhere. Thank you very much for your service.

I was promised 3 sample sprays of Smith & Nephew No Sting Skin Prep and did not get them Never before happened? Otherwise things were great and on time as always

Somewhat ok, cause what I Oder is different from what I received.

Great service but the shipment was left in the mail room not delivered to my door as requested. Had to ask a neighbor to bring it to me. It was a partial shipment sent in seperate packages. Missing some aspects of the order which I now have to call again to obtain.
