Received two boxes of Coloplast Speedicath #28414 catheters however I find personally this catheter for me is most difficult & a bit uncomfortable to use. This is my opinion. I am sure others have no problem using this catheter I need something more flexible & manuverable at insertion.

I received wrong bags and returned bags and still don't have my bags. I purchased on Amazon to hold me over.

I received my catheter supply but did not receive the drain bags.

Was told twice during the sign up process I would be contacted back for status updates on insurance etc - neither time did I receive a call. After the first missed commitment I called to see where the process was - connected with a knowledgable person however she bordered on rude with her handling of my questions. Still waiting for answers a beaten up crushed box arrived with product - do overall - not happy

I sent an Rx and received half of what was ordered. It has been several weeks and still supplies have not been delivered. Phone calls not returned. I received an email today stating that they didn't have the providers name. Obviously it is on the Rx that they partially filled. I am really disappointed.

We have been using Comfort Medical since 2018, and you will see my review because it has just been updated. I had forgotten I had written the review. Well, as I had predicted we always start out good with these vendors and at some point, it turns bad. They obviously did not submit the claims for our orders to our insurance in a timely manner, and they are trying to say we owe them over seven thousand dollars since 2020, and here it is 2022. Meanwhile, every three months, they have been calling to remind us they are sending our order. They had us believing they were being paid by our insurance. Now they are asking us for money we do not have. This is something these vendors do to force you to pay out of pocket. Well, we don't have it, and will continue to insist that they reach out to our insurance. But just be careful, and reach out to your insurance every now and then to make sure your bills are being paid, so you do not get caught fighting for your life to receive supplies you may need,

We spoke on the phone about my order and 10 days afterwards after no response I emailed you. You replied to find out you couldn't contact the doctor's office and asked me to resend it even though I provided you with their correct phone number. On our initial phone call you told me "we'll contact the doctor's office and will overnight your shipment to you". I would have been understanding if you would just we have contacted me about any glitches holding up my order.

I was totally happy with my order and the service from comfort medical you did a great job
