Several months in a row, either some wrong products, or missing products. 45 min-1.5 hrs phone wait time. when it tells you to wait on line or leave a return call message, I NEVER get a return phone call. The last two months my products have bee late as it took me days to reorder due to your phone lines and no return calls. Unless your service improves, I will be looking a other means to get my supplies. Thank you! Glenn Booth

I used the Auto-Reorder that comes to my e-mail for the first time. I decided to try this because the phone lines are always a long wait. The only option is to receive the same order as the previous month. I don't know if they shipped the correct order because it was shipped to my winter address. I have already received two months of supplies since I left there in April. Now I have to try and get someone to retrieve the package and send to me.

My July order to you was made on 22 June....to give you PLENTY of time to get the prescription from the Dr's office and the shipment to me by my NEED time, about 5-6 July. But instead, someone managed to not get the prescription and Comfort listed the order date as much later....like maybe the date you actually sent the order to shipping? Result was that the order arrived 5 days LATE to me. The problem is Comfort and the Dr's office point their fingers at being each others fault. Now, the problem stems from an order that normally exceeds Medicare's allotment of DRAIIN NIGHT BAGS. My Dr now prescribes ONE bag per week because of excess mucous plugging the bag neck and requiring a bag cleanout by me on my knees at the bathtub.....NOT A GOOD IDEA FOR AN 89 YEAROLD, SO HE RAISED THE PRESCRIPTION to fix the problem (this has been in effect for maybe a year). Comfort just can't make it happen on a steady basis. Now, this experience is to be kept private, I'm being nice and only ask that you fix the problem. Please send this to the highest level of management....Thanking you in advance (and do not publish this). PS I'm now pursuing a fix through Medicare as well. I like Comfort Medical and hope to keep our relationship.....there is just a glitch in the system.

I had to keep calling for 3 days before I could place my order. I tried the ap and that system didnt work either.

I placed an order on June 5 and did not receive it until July 1. I was not notified that there was an issue with a discharge date from home health care holding up the order and it was not handled efficiently or timely. I ran out of supplies and was very frustrated with the entire ordering process and ability to speak with one person to handle the problem. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with the delay as well as the ability to contact a person, being left on hold for up to 43 minutes.

I was lied to as far as when my order would be shipped. You want to know the date of the worse experience that I have had with you guys, it was my last order.

Two times the phones are too busy so I have left me phone number in the Que. No one has called me back either time. Kind of aggreviating! Phi w number is 734-775-6167

This company has doubled billed me twice. They don't answer calls and they don't return calls when you ask (by their phone menu) to be added to their queue. Also, the company is very difficult to do business with if you're lucky enough to reach/contact them.
