I finally get my supplies but its still no good The hole in the flange is way too big, should be only 1 inch, not bigger, I have no surface to glue, presently is over 2 inches. Everything else looks good

Everything went well, except that I ask the person I was dealing with to note that I wanted the package to be placed on my porch where it is under cover and more secure. I also have a doorbell with a camera that will alert me that the package is delivered. However, FedEx continually puts the package by my garage door where I cannot see it, my doorbell cannot see it & and alert me, and it is exposed to any weather conditions. I don't want my package to get rained on, snowed on, or stolen. Leaving the package by my garage door is about one of the worst places to leave my delivery. I would like Comfort Medical to ensure my package is left on my porch as it should be. This is an incredibly simple request. I would like to see that it happens in the future.
