I didn't order the supplies and I got one thing I didn't need, and didn't get the thing I really needed.

We have been very pleased with Comfort Medical but,, It took a week, longer than normal, and it has gotten longer. I don't know if it is due e to shipper? and the box was poorly taped and open

I was sent the wrong wafers I packed up the wrong ones still waiting for the right wafers and for Fed Ex to pick up the box on my front steps

My latest experience was terrific but one prior to that didn’t ask enough information in regard to latest changes in correct sizes of wafers and their order number.

I ordered my supplies and they were supposed to be shipped on August 22nd and I usually receive them a day or 2 later. I only received 1 item of the order on the 24th. I am still waiting for the rest of my supplies. I hope to get them tomorrow Monday, August 29th. Luckily, they are not supplies I need today or tomorrow.

Ref. Order # 1065714098 Initially I was very pleased with the help I got in placing my order. But when the package arrived I was not as pleased. I ordered one box of 30 catheters. Historically 30 would last me 6 years. When I ordered the catheters I made it a point to tell the agent that my usage rate was very low and 30 catheters would last me a long time. I received two boxes totaling 60 catheters. I also received a tot bag which I have no use for. The catheter travel bag I use needs to be considerably larger and I already have a bag that works very nicely. I called to find out the cost of one box of catheters and the tot bag. I was told not to worry the insurance will cover it and the prices were not available. The insurance company should not be paying for items I do not need or will use. The reason insurance is so expensive is because of bloated charges from healthcare providers. I have a right to know how much the extra box of catheters and the tot bag costs. It is unprofessional that the people I spoke with were either unable or unwilling to provide me with price information. If they were unable they should know how to get that information for me. I'm not impressed.

I had to talk to several people, one of whom I could not understand very well before I could get an answer.

I received the order. My receipt showed 12 boxes of 30 catheters. I only received 10 boxes of 30 catheters. I’ve reported this to an associate. You have Not been informed as to what is being done. I’d appreciate a call. Thank you
