This was my first IC script and required about 7 days of phone calls over a week just to get something for a month supply. Spoke to many agents who would look at my account and give totally different status updates on order status. I wait on hold with music, then switches to ringing, but no one ever answered. Have to call back and wait 3+ times to get a person. Requested a sample and different FR size. Ended up proceeding not with what I wanted but couldn’t wait. Agent said i could call back up til 7 pm est, but the automated phone system blocks at 5 pm est. Follow up phone calls with order and shipment status did not happen. What was sent was short quantity and ostomy brochure sent. Asked for IC brochure but not sent with the short quantity shipment. Overall a very frustrating experience.

The people I interacted with, especially Christine and Athena, were exceptional. Very helpful, professional and friendly, however, we did not receive the product in a timely manner. My son, a quadriplegic, uses intermintint catheters. Due to a change in insurance, we were running late getting this new account created. Christine was great, expediting the process and we got a delivery date of Saturday, Feb. 5th. When nothing arrived on the 5th, Fed Ex posted the delivery date as "pending." By Monday, nothing had arrived and I called in was told the shipment had been lost, but the warehouse was expediting a new order and would arrive on Tuesday, Mar. 1. Nothng came, so I called again and was told the same info, but the new delivery date was Thursday, Mar. 5. We ran out of catheters on Wednesday morning, however the place where my son goes for Physical Therapy had some donated to them and was able to cover us. If not for them, my son would have had to go to the emergency hospital to be cathetered. The product did arrive this morning and we are good now. I like working with Comfort Medical and so long as this never occurs again, will continue to do so.

I felt bullied by the phone representative to make a purchase. It is not up to her to tell me what Ostomy supplies I need, or when the last time I purchased a particular product. I felt she was rude and abrasive. I will choose another company to purchase my Ostomy supplies.

The catheters are great one of the best I have ever used and I will continue to use them. But their quality control and shipping is absolutely horrible an average of every other shipping they throw the catheters loose in a box and ship them to you unacceptable. Customer service apologized and corrected the problem. But they definitely need to do something with their quality control in their shipping department. Otherwise they would’ve got a five star.

Order on a Thursday morning when I got up. Didn’t ship till Monday. It was to arrive on the following Thursday and didn’t get here till Saturday. 8 days is a long time. The last order I paid on their app then they billed me saying I still owed them. Called in to the number on the bill gave them my confirmation number and said it could take 45 days to check on it. They never contacted me saying the bill is paid or anything. I checked the app and doesn’t show I owe anything. They just don’t seam to be meeting their customers service very well. They product is good is the only reason I stay with them. But be prepared for the problems of dealing with them.

You sent the wrong product

The quality of your drainage bags is very very poor.

Being billed 4 times for something covered by insurance is unacceptable. My time spent correcting this is not needed.
