the company does not care about there customers i have been trying to talk to agent since last week they make you leave a message but do not return calls as i am writing you i am on hold been on hold for ten minutes need waffers for my bags i i can not were bags with out waffer now been on hold twenty minutes when i became a customer they were very nice got my supplies out fast now you can not talk to agent .they claim they are very busy but that story is getting old i am sorry but no busness is that busy ever day i will be changing company

The reordering process was pretty simple. When Comfort medical contacted my Dr's office for a updated perscription an error occurred. I was not notified, no update from the company NOTHING. I waited, waited, and waited some more, I attempted to contact Comfort medical (I was on hold for 45mins) finally I was able to speak to someone. They explained the "issue" asked me how many caths I currently had available which was ZERO! I had been cleaning and reusing catheters at that point for THREE DAYS! The woman assured me I would have some emergency supplies delivered OVER NIGHT and that my original order would arrive the following Monday. NO EMERGENCY SUPPLIES ARRIVED, ORIGINAL ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED UNTIL THREE DAYS AFTER PROMISED. Due to cleaning/reusing the intermittent catheters I developed...A INFECTION, I wonder how that happened? During my "wait" period I was able to secure the exact catheter/supplies from a competitor company. I have reached out you to manage/ make arrangements to return the entire supply of catheters to your company...I still haven't received any correspondence back. Help please?

Nothing ever goes right. always a problem with orders. Can't order because I have visiting nurses that I'm loosing as of tomorrow. I want to find another supplier because Comfort Medical is become completely incompetent! Now sure why. But I'm tired of having to be concerned if my supplies are going to run out or not. I suggest the company remember what it is like to be in need of medical supplies and not so concerned about the dollar. stop being paper pushers and start caring about ppl in need. Now I know I don't bother getting to the main topic here/. but I also don't think it matters because the company really doesn't care. if they did they'd show it through the quality of care the provide and that is dismal at best!

Your Spanish speaking representative was the rudest person I have ever talked to, constantly interrupting while I was talking, had to tell her I wasn’t complaining instead I was telling her the story of what happened. Regardless of what I said she blamed it on me and the system that was going through an update. Again interrupted me in the middle of me trying to say I had talked to another rep. Anywho, very unhappy the way she talked to me and the way my problem was resolved. It took another week to get my order when she stated it was being overnighted.

I am very disappointed with your company!!!!!!!!!!! You sent 13 items that I did NOT order, do not want and will never use!!!!! I was supposed to get my exact items from my last order only and I will be notifying my insurance company that my order was wrong and not to pay for the 13 items! I expect a return label from you to return them. I will also be looking for another company to provide my ostomy supplies. I have enough medical issues that I should not have to deal with the incompetence of your company!!!!

SHIPPING WAS GREAT BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS A NIGHTMARE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIABLE YOU CAN'T TALK WITH ANYONE YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL RETURN YOUR CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS THAT NEVER HAPPENS AND THE REORDING IS A NIGHTMARE THEY NEED A WEB DESIGNER TO FIX THIS SO YOU CAN REORDER WHAT YOU NEED THEY HAVE A BUTTON THEY WANT YOU TO CLICK ON AND IT WILL REODER THE SAME AMOUNT OF EVERYTHING YOU RECEIVED THE LAST TIME SOME MONTHS I ONLY NEED REFILLS ON A COUPLE OF THINGS NOT EVERYTHING THAT I RECEIVED THE MONTH BEFORE SOMETHINGS I WANT SOMETHING DIFFERENT SO THE BUTTON THEY WANT YOU TO CLICK ON IS HORRABLE. THE BILLING NEEDS A LITTLE WORK ON THEY DO TURN EVERYTHING INTO THE INSURANCE AND THAT IS GREAT ONE TIME I DID RECEIVED A BILL AND PAID IT THE NEXT DAY AFTER RECEIVING IT AND THEN THE FOLLOWING MONTH I RECEIVED ANOTHER BILL FOR THE SAME AMOUNT I CALLED THEM AND THEY RESURE ME EVERTHING WAS PAID AND TOLD ME IT CROSSED IN THE MAIL WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE i HAD PAID IT ON LINE OH WELL I AM DONE WITH THEM AND WENT TO ANOTHER COMPANY HAD EVERYTHING APPROVED IN LESS THEN 5 HOURS AND RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS THE NEXT DAY SO LOOK AROUND BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A SUPPLIERS AND MAKE SURE THEIR WEBSITE HAS A GOOD AND EASY WAY TO REORDER WHAT YOU NEED AND WHEN YOU NEED IT 'DON'T BELIEVE THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED

Still waiting on this shipment. My Mother has been using the same bag for 4 days. I have been getting the run around since July 6th I was told on Friday these were being shipped immediately

I request for Hollister supply when I spoke with one of your representatives, and they send me something completely different of what I order! How can I return this order?
