Probably the single worst company I…
Probably the single worst company I have ever dealt with. They employ caregivers who are illiterate, sleep on the job, keep gifts and money from vulnerable clients, smoke on shift, call off regularly, arrive late, arrive at clients homes and sit in their cars so the GPS says they're working. They will send completely unqualified and inexperienced office workers with zero training in client care to an unmanned appointment just to say they didn't leave the patient alone and ensure they get that money. They will remove patient requirements when looking for potential caregivers among their employees, and explain it away as "they don't know what words like ambulation or incontinence mean". They will charge families for appointments not being cancelled within a certain time frame EVEN if the reason for cancelling is DEATH of the client. Their motto is supposedly to "raise the human spirit", but the only thing they're seemingly looking at is their bottom line. They've reduced trainings for caregivers, and do shorter caregiver orientations that are roughly 5 hours instead of two days like other franchise owners offer, to save their bottom line. RUN, don't walk, to find someone better. They're charging you almost 40 dollars an hour to send people they don't even pay $20. They're disgusting.
