AVOID Denver Comfort Keepers
This is for the Denver team. I would avoid this at all costs. The care givers are sweet and competent (when they show up) though the office staff is AWFUL! I can't even begin to address the lies, weirdness, rudeness, negligence (sending unvaxxed people to an elder with lung disease at the height of the pandemic????), and overall inability to send staff reliably. I get that we are experiencing deep staffing shortages, and we tried to work with this, but the rudeness and unreliability were completely uncalled for.
