Comfort Keepers took very good care of our elderly mom for the past three years. They were always responsive to all her needs and openly communicated with us when needed. They provided companionship and company as well as giving mom’s family respite in knowing someone was with her for the time we had contracted for. Comfort Keepers made sure that in the event of a caregivers absence another one was there so there was no disruption to her care. We will and have already recommended Comfort Keepers to others. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism with management, Heather and Sam they went above and beyond to help me! Even with several delays due to unexpected health issues they kept in touch checking on me and immediately after leaving hospital had caregivers ready to go for me. The caregivers, Andrea so friendly and made me feel so comfortable since this is a new experience for me. She was kind, compassionate and jumped in and took innovative to do chores without having to be asked. She looked around saw what needed to be done and just did it and did it to above satisfactory expectations. Paige is amazing, she is so sweet, compassionate, gentle, listens to all your needs, not just "chore" wise but on a personal basis, where I am at mentally and emotionally! She scrubbed my bathroom til it was so bright 🔆 you needed sunglasses 😎. But on a more important note, we clicked immediately, she feels like a long lost friend and we talked like we were "catching up ", it was honestly the happiest I have been in months! There are just not sufficient words to say how happy I am with Paige. I would highly recommend comfort keepers!

I have been a caregiver with Comfort Keepers for a few months in Oregon and am fairly new to the field. This is the 3 rd company I have worked for and they are by far the best! The first was in Lubbock Texas and then here in Oregon. This company is truly about the team approach and the other companies I never knew who was who. Here I knew everyone including the owner who checked in with me regularly to see how I was doing and offer support. NEVER had that with the other companies! Great place to work!!

Next time we need this kind of help, we're making one call. Our experience with Comfort Keepers (near Trophy Club/Argyle, TX) was great! We thought we would need a high level of care for a relatively short time, but we didn't have a clear sense of when the first day would need to be. EVEN WITH THAT, Vicky Whitington made it look easy! She came out to the house, assessed the situation, and found the perfect carer for us. That carer, Susanna was great! We had no experience with this sort of thing, so we really didn't know what to even ask for, but Susanna's initiative and creativity made up for that. Excellent service from start to finish.

Comfort Keepers in North Dublin were excellent at minding my mother, who had dementia. Some of the carers were really gifted. All were caring. You could sense they really loved Mam. The management were excellent despite typical family conflict, calm and professional, communicating well. As an experienced gerontological nurse, I have high standards of care and overall, i was very happy with comfort keepers and their reliability. everyone knows there is a crisis in home care nationally but Mam was well looked after. I am very grateful to Comfort Keepers
