I requested a quote for a standard, waterproof sail shade with super d-rings. The customer service agent came back with a price of $251.98 based on the dimensions I provided and the color I requested. 17 days later I received the item in the mail. It was made from non-waterproof UV resistant material. Upon contacting the company they said that the order was not put in for waterproof material even though I have proof that is what I requested from a copy of the chat I received from the company. The only solution provided was for me to send back the sail shade for a refund and to pay $445 for the same item I had already requested because it cost more than what I was quoted.

I called to confirm the cement anchors' size and was told 11/16 and even listed that on their instructions. After drilling the first hole, I checked the fit, which was too big. I checked the size, and they are 5/8” anchors, and even the anchor plate was 5/8”. I got the poles, and three out of the four poles were dented. FedEx must have thrown them around as the boxes were trashed due to the lacked protection on the poles that came through the end and even split a box open. I also paid for expedited shipping, and Colour Tree shipped it standard. They apologized and said they would make a new sun sail and send it express for Saturday delivery as they knew I needed it. They shipped the 2nd one four days later, arriving 1-1/2 hours apart from each other. Now they want me to drop it off at a FedEx location to return it. The only good thing is one of them had a small tear by the seam. Their quality control is not reasonable and not worth the price for the condition of what you receive. I firmly believe you get what you pay for, but not in this case.

We special ordered a specific detail about this product and the product we received was not as we had paid special pricing for and we thought the product was made in the USA and the product came labeled made in China, we will be reaching out to the company to see how they plan on fixing this for us

Poor communication. You guys sent an email saying my shade was on the way and for 6 days I waited. Never left your warehouse. I asked for a discount and was told no. Poor customer service
