Horrible customer service, extremely poor quality products, avoid at all costs!

They sent me the wrong size sail then proceeded to give me the run around for weeks. They asked for photos proving the measurement was wrong - and I did. Then they asked for a photo of the USPS receipt - which I sent. And they still haven't created the correct sail. Very disappointed with this experience.

Not good quality

Ordered over two weeks ago no product!

Was wrong shape. Ordered a right angled triangle and they shipped something else.

It was necessary to return a sun shade sail cloth because of the wrong size. My money was refunded immediately!. However when I wanted to upgrade to a larger size that’s when the confusion began with poor customer service communication/. I was not sure what was going on. Maybe speaking to multiple people was given different information each time that I contacted Colourtree. Frustrating. They offer a beautiful product but trying to reorder was not pleasant! It’s been 3 weeks summer is almost over and have not received the product.

PLACED MY ORDER MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AGO. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS, NOR HAVE I RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE TO MY INQUIRIES FOR AN UPDATE!!!!
