ColourTreeReviews of colourtreeusa.com

Easy to deal with. Fast delivery from online payment of order to arrival at my front door. The material selection is limited, but when I sought to have a different company do the work and provide the same color and fabric as my umbrellas they were going to charge over a hundred dollars just to come out and do measurements and show samples. I can make my own measurements.

I ordered a custom sized privacy fence screen. All my questions were answered immediately after contacting ColourTree regarding size and color. I was sent an invoice to confirm and place my order, it could not have been any easier. The person who assisted me was courteous and sent the information I needed. The screen arrived quickly, I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you to ColourTree for excellent customer service! Anita M

The young lady who took the call, was knowledgeable, courteous and a great listener. She never rushed me and knew exactly what I needed. Thank you

Excellent product. Color is great, very good quality.

Thecustom screen I ordered fit perfect and was delivered within a few days. Perfect.

The company worked with me to size my sail and communicated every step of the process.

Delivery was fast. Item - a standard size sun sail/shade was reasonably priced. I’ve been happy with another of their sun sail/shades now well into its second mid-Texas summer. Only suggestion I would make is a more thorough tutorial on the costs and structural needs for mounting and supporting a sun sail/shade. Proper hardware can easily reach 4X to 10X the cost of the sail itself. And you do need to be mindful of extreme weather events - hail, high winds, and heavy rain. But all in all, the sun sail/shade makes our outdoor spaces much more comfortable while reducing the cooling load on our HVAC.

Arrived within 3 days and I love the shade it gives my south facing patio! Keeps the house 15 degrees cooler!
