I was sent code by a friend ro use on my first purchase and it didn’t work, I signed up for phone texts to use a code and it didn’t work. I wrote your company about my challenges and no response. I won’t be buying from y this company again. Their collaborations are awesome but their responsiveness and technology falls short. Shame.

I love everything this family owned company stands for.

The products are amazing: highest quality, great concepts and the cutest packaging! They beat all those high end brands for half the price! Top product definitely their eyeshadows, in any presentation, but lips and cheeks don’t stay behind.

I can’t believe I couldn’t light my hocus pocus candle not one time in October. I placed my order on sept 23, and I still haven’t received it. What a bummer totally ruined spooky season for me. Sometimes I feel like just canceling it but then what have I waited all this time for. I really feel like this situation should of been rectified before releasing new items. Then you drop the collection again before the ppl who have been waiting so long to receive missing items get them. I’m so disappointed.

Love the makeup! Very good quality for the price! The only negative thing i have to say is about really expensive customs to my country!

I’ve ordered several times from COLORPOP and it’s been a great experience every time. I had a package not arrive, they sent a replacement promptly. The makeup is good quality and fairly priced, also extremely cute packaging. I love the fun collections. The skincare is amazing. I got the avocado face set, my skin looks and feels healthy.
