Never received my order

I loved the quality of the products that I received. My only complaint is that it took about a month to receive them and I am within the same country.

It's super disappointing that I was offered a refund, and then ignored, and then told there was nothing they could do. The Hocus Pocus launch was a mess and however many candles was all the collections you should have sold, or CRAZY IDEA... Sell the candle separately. Don't make me buy an entire half assed collection for ONE item. I'm never buying from ColourPop again. I'm sure you're not sweating it, because people blindly throw money at you.. but I'll also discourage people from buying directly, instead from Ulta, at least their return policy is above and beyond.

I really like colorpop, I love the ideas and the packaging that the makeup comes in but when it comes to quality makeup that stays put all day🤷🏻‍♀️ Not even my urban decay primer and setting spray can keep it in place
