Terrible costumer service, the company is stealing my money and wont refund me my $126.31, won’t answer me, won’t refund, package never arrived and they won't do anything.

My order took a long time to arrive and when it did, I was sent the wrong shades. I was then given a store credit for those products and had to ask if I could get a refund or new products sent out instead.

Wife loved her hocus locus stuff. Alouth we had to wait a little to get candle for the order on stock. Once it shipped thought the company sent some free samples of different stuff along with for a make up on long process. Definitely worth the money and time. Customer service was amazing and couldn’t ask for anymore from the company. Very pleased with everything that I purchased for the wife and for the freebies for the delay in the back ordered candle.
