Really bad customer service, hard to contact & stay in contact, never got my whole order, crooked considering all sales are final & they don’t do refunds in their policy, so if you don’t get your items & they’re out of stock…. They think they can just keep your money. Won’t shop there ever again.

I love colorpop that’s all I have to say

I have ordered from ColourPop MANY times, and every order has had problems. Once, an order was broken from shipment, which they replaced even though it wasn't really their issue, which kept me buying from them. Items have been missing or broken from the last few orders, and I'm learning that this is pretty normal with them, so I will no longer be purchasing anything from them, not even at the store level. Customer service regarding these issues (aside from that one really great experience) has really turned me off of their products. My friends are switching with me, so they don't have any more problems with their orders, too. Here's some free advice: other companies have better products that are priced similarly. Use their products instead. I won't boost another brand here, but with a bit of research, I promise you can figure it out.

I purchased an eyeshadow palette wirh free internacional shipping to Colombia on the 16th of September. It is now november 6 and it hasn't arrived yet. I tracked the order and the palette is in Colombia. It's been here like a month ago. My problem is that I don't know why colour pop shipped My order from the US to Germany and from Germany to Colombia. Since the package comes from Germany and not directly from the US My package has been retained because I have to pay a nationalization fee. I already paid the fee but the process is very long and frustrating. I know colour pop has nothing to do directly whith My country burocracy, but You could improve the internacional shipping so that the customer doesn't have to deal with this kind of stuff that delay the shipping. Thank You.
