3 of the 4 products i received were broken, on top of extremely delayed processing times.

First, I love a lot of their products, however, that’s the only reason I gave it an extra star. They discontinue a lot of our favorites to make room for new launches that most people find boring, safe, and unoriginal. The packaging is random and the shade selections never fit the theme of what they are selling. Product order placement & delivery used to be fast & customer service was excellent. It was a cult favorite because it felt personal and seemed like every launch was something we had to have. Now I worry about my order coming in time so I just decide to buy from a more reliable brand. It just feels like the brand got lazy and greedy— a “fast fashion” for makeup direction. Also what’s up with colourpop Ulta releases? Why so bland & random? I honestly believe Colourpop should rebrand their system, bring back original favorites, and slow down. There’s just no structure with them.

I love ColourPop. I have only ever had one issue with an order and I contacted them and they fixed it for me. Other than that, everything has always been great.

Love getting my colour pop orders. Always packaged well and arrive safely. Products are always as shown/described. Wish the exchange rate was better so I could buy more.

Sent only some of my order. Had to prove my order was incorrect. After I did that I was sent some of the items that were left off the order. The rest of the products on the order sold out so they duplicated items by sending products that had already been sent....😪

Colourpop did a great job offering the product and was responsive getting it to me in a timely manner. This review is for Colourpop, but unfortunately the product was not what I was looking for. I am contacting Colourpop to see if they may have something more to my liking.
