ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

Excellent quality as usual, packaged awesome! Always arrives perfectly never damaged or any issues.

Beautiful eye palettes! Really great makeup!

Don't buy often due to the cost for international shipping but the latest purchases were lack luster and the quality was poor. Really sad as my last purchases were great but that was a few years ago so not sure what has happened.

my item arrived with the lid opened so the inside is dried up. contacted customer service with no response.

I order a platte and it turned out it had mold in it. I would love to get a refund or get a new platte , thank you

this is not a review about their products, but about the customer service. I ordered a collection which they needed to send in two packages, because of supply difficulties. No problem. But they put the price of the whole collection on both parcels, so I had to pay the whole customs twice... I tried to contact them about this but they just gave me the standard "the customer is responsible for the customs" response, they didn't even read my request, even though they caused this problem :c I'm really disappointed and probably won't be buying again from them, the products are nice but not worth the trouble.

The shoping experience was good butthe shipping can be faster

Love the tinkerbell set the colors are amazing and the lipstain lasts all day
