They cancelled my order immediately after purchase several times. Never got it

Absolutely horrible company. My order didn't arrive, and "customer service" won't help me locate it. No refund, no assistance. They have my money but refuse to ensure delivery.

Free shipping minimums are low, so super easy to hit. I also love these products. I found Colourpop a couple years ago and I’m honestly super impressed with the quality and price. Most inexpensive makeup doesn’t seem to have the same intensity and staying power that colourpop has!

Colourpop has the most unique eyeshadows all in one palette. Never disappointed. Easily blended and wears well.

I received a broken palette. The eyeshadows were not glued in properly. I gave this as a gift to my niece and was super embarrassed when she opened it. It looked very cheap. I contacted customer service and haven’t heard back from them.

I bought the Pokémon collection for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. The colors are rich and the texture is so smooth and easy to apply. Beyond that she was thrilled at the attention to to details from the Pokéball to the Pokémon characters & places referenced in the eye shadow names. I was happy about the quality, especially since it was a very pricey collection! I was worried about how it would affect her sensitive skin, and I am happy to say that she has NOT had any issues with anything in the collection! Thank you!

I have not received the package 2 months after ordering. Was supposed to get it in time for Christmas. Postal strike is done now but still haven’t received it.
