I’m still waiting for my order it said it would take 5-7 business days I did order it in advance before Christmas not sure if I may have type the address wrong but haven’t received no update

No support when package was not delivered. No solution from Colour Pop

Got a email from Colorpop saying their mystery box was on sale for 49 dollars, “worth 126.00.” So, I thought, why not. I enjoy Colorpop. I was so happy to receive the box in 3 days. There was so much. I kept a few pallets for myself. Was able to make gift bags (stocking stuffers) for my daughter and daughter in law for Christmas. Such good quality makeup, very reasonable prices. Especially in this stressful economy.

I purchased the mystery box since I wanted to try colorpop products as well as it was an amazing deal. It was a fun experience, I did get a variety of items, yet I was hoping to have gotten more lip products. There were a ton of eyeshadow palettes, which I am grateful for what I did receive, the products are beautiful as well as a range of options. I’m more of a lip and skincare person, since I am a more natural person and a busy mother of a child under 1. I will definitely purchase more items in the future mainly more towards lip items and skincare. The mystery box I absolutely love the products and the concept of a mystery and hope to see more bc I’d definitely purchase again, it’s fun, and you do get a very nice variety. I have recommended your brand to people I work with and it definitely is a wonderful affordable brand with amazing products, beautiful shades, and an amazing value for your money. Think it would be nice if your company had a monthly subscription box, I’d definitely purchase that monthly since I do like to try different and new products as well as I don’t always know what to choose. I’m not an influencer and I don’t get PR sent to me to try in order to help further sales, so a mystery subscription would be a wonderful thing to see.

I never received my package with my items. I sent a few emails and no response or a refund.

I love what I got, I just think it would be better if you could pair it somewhat with a basic color palette. Some of the colors do not match my skin tone and I cannot use them.
