I ordered 18th Nov and still don't have my package. Nobody knows where it is, it was a christmas prensent for my sisters and mom and I got nothing to give. The authomatic responses are the worst part of all. They don't do anything to help you, wait until is late and then say "be patient"

The order has arrived! Everything is fine :) except that there is no Elsa palette and one of the concealers. What to do about it? I paid for them, they are in the invoice, but they are not in the box

So I don't really have a problem with your products. But I had the wrong order sent to me. I responded with some valid questions. I understand mistakes happen. But I just got automated responses. No answers to my questions. Nothing helpful. This was a Christmas present for my partner and I didn't receive any actual help or acknowledgement accept that it had been re sent. I felt like the customer service was abysmal and will prevent me buying gifts for my partner. Please take the time to review your issues. You could be much better.
