I ordered 2 eyeshadow palettes and a mascara on November 15. The package arrived a few days before Xmas. I tried the mascara on Xmas day, and it was totally dry.

Colourpop never disappoints! My order came packaged securely and arrived earlier than expected. Love their products. Will definitely buy again and again.

I ordered a custom pallets for my bestie spending tons of time deciding which colors she would love when the palette arrived it was missing a color and no replacement of any sort in its place

I really love Colour Pop cosmetics. Their eyeshadow palettes have my favorite eyeshadow formula, on the market. I have so many of Colour Pop products, because they’re good quality and very affordable!!! I do think they need to do better with their customer service though!!! This part definitely needs to be improved! It’s so important to keep your customers happy!!!!!!

Nice stuff, quick delivery - unfortunately an item missing when delivered. They offered a credit note for price of item. However, I had already paid the delivery charge when item was ordered. They would not send missing item. Offered me a refund, against their policy but would still not just send the item. Their mistake, not mine and my daughter missed out on the item. Probably wouldn’t bother to order again because of this. So they lose a customer - it’s a buyers world.

Service is fast and the products are excellent.
