Loved my eyeshadow palettes and lip gloss! The packaging was so cute and fast shipping. Easy to order and every thing arrived quickly.

First time buyer, and I'm happy with what I ordered. Shipping was okay, I ordered during the holidays so it did take a while for it to get delivered.

Great product!! I love your products but your shipping is poor at best. If there was a way to improve on that, it would be 5 stars for sure.

All my life I have been in love with Nightmare Before Christmas and various other Tim Burton movies. I was so excited for the collection but you guys didn't capture the essence. I felt you guys cheated us out of a better experience. Hot pink is nowhere yet it was included in the Jelly and the palette. There was no bright green for Oogie which was really sad. I did enjoy the packaging but that was honestly it. I felt so let down. If you've ever watched the movie, you'll see muted tones. Sally has red and muted pink (at best) if you look at her hair and her clothing. LOCK, SHOCK and BARREL were also represented incorrectly. The hot pink? There's no hot pink! They are purple, teal, red. Again, muted colors. I was so disappointed. I don't know who approved the colors but they broke my heart. I was so let down. I felt cheapened. I felt like they only cared about grabbing money and not about doing the collection justice.

I have ordered for about 3 times now & my experience has been wonderful! I haven’t had any issues with my packages & I definitely love every single product that I have purchased.
