Loveeeeeee buy it

I received two eyeshadow palettes that arrived in unacceptable condition. When I reached out to Colourpop about the condition of these palettes, my concerns were not addressed and written off. Receiving items in a poor condition is one thing, but to not be met with service to remedy the issue was the main issue. Very disappointing experience.

Makeup quality could be better. The pressed powders are often flaky and talc feeling vs smooth.

Excellent quality and beautiful colors. Great prices as well! I use my palettes every day.

Le doy 2 ⭐⭐ porque el 29 de noviembre del 2021, realize una compra qué debía llegar a Colombia, recibí mi tracking number el 6 de diciembre, y desde el 19 de diciembre del 2021 el paquete se encuentra en Alemania!!!!!. Ya escribí a servicio al cliente informando sobre este asunto y lo único que me contestaron es que debo esperar 21 días porqué es el tiempo de demora para envíos internacionales, pero mi no entienden que mi paquete terminó en otro país diferente al destino original que es Colombia! . Estoy tan enojada! A la fecha 11 de enero del 2022 no tengo razón del paquete ni devolución de mi dinero!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The eyeshadow I bought had great pigment and shimmer, very bold. The shadow also lasted a long time if primer was used. The moisturizer was excellent. The daily was hydrating without being heavy. The daily cream moisturizer worked better on my skin, than a previous purchase good mood moisturizer, which was more of a gel moisturizer. Both smelled good however, I was a little surprised by the daily moisturizers' "orange cream" smell since it was not mentioned in the description. Not a big deal for me since I have no aversion to fragrance, but I know some people do.
