I love the products. Delivery good for Canada.

Never arrived. And no one answered

I received my shipment and two of the products were damaged from the travel. I reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement for the eyeliner - I realized an eyeshadow pallet was also damaged (I was giving this as a Christmas present). They said they were adding this to the replacement as well- however I never received the pallet and had to give the damaged one as a present :( I tried reaching out again and never heard back . I don’t think the mail issue was Colourpops fault and I realize it’s a busy season, I’m just disappointed in the lack of follow up. The quality of the makeup is great though , I do love the products I got and I’m glad they replaced my broken liner . I bought the freckle pen on a whim and it’s actually one of my faves !

The eyeshadows are super pigmented and brighten up any look.

One of the items I ordered came in wrong. I didn't realize it and wrapped everything. My daughter opened her gift Christmas day to discover the wrong lip mask. I reached out via their contact us form Christmas Morning and haven't heard anything back. Partly my fault as I counted all the items and compared the packing slip to my online order and it all matched up. You should do better at getting customers the right products and responding to them even if you can't help a response stating so should be sent.

I am always satisfied with colourpop. I got some products from them for their black Friday sale at unbeatable prices and I couldn’t be happier. Quality is always excellent as well. I have no complaints.

Great prices and very professional customer service.

I bought some colourpop items around Black Friday as well as the mystery boxes. They had good deals and a very unique and interesting selection of items. I also love their collabs. I will for sure be a repeat customer. If you order from the site they do not offer returns to keep their prices as low as possible for customers but what I did not like I sold on Mercari. Anyway, one palette did come completely broken in the mail so I contacted customer service and they did completely refund me for that item since it was damaged.
