I absolutely love colourpops eye palletes. The eye shadow pigmentation is so good. I have tried some of the very high end shadows and honestly colourpops is so so much better.

My order didn't arrive, I can't talk to the company, I lost money

I really love a lot of ColourPop's products, though I usually purchase in-store at Ulta. I was really excited for my order but the quality of the products I received was unfortunate. Some products arrived damaged, such as cracks or scrapes in the shadow in the pans of the eyeshadow palettes, and the super shock shadow arrived crumbled on the top layer as well. The lip products are really nice and in great condition. All the products are useable, it was just disappointing to open the box and see.

Worst customer service on earth. Can’t seem to get my order correct nor did they ship it. When u call, it’s a call center in a diff country that doesn’t speak English and has no clue what ur talking about. I was told my account was on “high alert” for no reason whatsoever. I’ve spent THOUSANDS ordering from this company that treats u like dog s*** and feels like ur “special” from ordering from them. I asked wtf is “high alert” mean and they said “we cannot disclose that info”. HUH??? So if u order, u may or may not get your order. I didn’t get mine and when I called back to get an agent that maybe understands English, it was the same thing. We don’t know what happened to ur order and can’t tell u why! No apology. Nothing. Lol WOW. That’s horrendous customer service. Not to mention they pack ur items so lame that the shadows come broken or dried out anyways. The caps are always loose on the super shock shadows and dry out and then they act like it’s the customers fault. Lol. No refunds if ur shadows break during transit. They say not responsible for the post office error - yet it’s their error for not packing properly. Total joke. If I could give zero stars, I would. Not to mention their quality went downhill and most of the shadows are not FDA approved for the eye area hence the name “pressed pigments” or “art palette” etc. be careful w this shady company.

Great selection, nice products, good sales.

I trust their eye products to be deep and dazzling, they generally have amazing quality but I have my favorite eyeliner and eyeshadows, best products for eyes that I know of

I was very happy with my shopping experience on the website. All items were properly priced and organized. It made it very easy to search and find the items I was looking for. The checkout was very simple and I felt confident that my information was safe and kept private. Overall I give it 5 out of 5 stars!
