Great products. Great prices. Shipping time is the only issue I had. Part of my order was a gift and although it showed up on time I was anxious it wouldn’t due to how long it took to ship.

I love everything I've gotten so far..my favorite is the build your own palettes!I have 15 palettes and they all rock.

The colors I got are great. They stay on all day and blend very nicely. Can't wait to order another pallet of different colors.💕💕💕

I bought two palettes but they haven't arrive. Its been more than 21 days without weekends and holidays and the only answer from ColourPop is to wait even when my package appears to be lost in Germany.

Mostly fine but I got one wrong item in my order. Even the receipt in the box mentions the item I actually ordered, but it wasn’t there. Instead, there was a face brush in the box. Can’t comment on the customer service as I couldn’t be bothered to sort out the order. The product themselves are ok. One single eyeshadow has a lot of fallout but it’s workable. All in all, would purchase again if there is something I want.

I didn’t get my package.The delivery company can’t tell why thy package still in LA,They told me need to contact the colorpop to check the problem.Fine , I try to find colorpop’s services employees,but they ignore my question,just let me choice keep waiting or get money back.Ohhhhhh
