J'adore leurs palettes !

I ordered a few items back in December and by mid January I never received my package. When I tried to contact customer service they told me there was nothing they could do to help, and so I never received my items or my money back.

Most of the products were lovely, I received one eyeshadow compact that was suppose to be a gift, it was received damaged. It would cost more in shipment to send it back than to write off the product damage.

My first order never came so I reached out to customer support and they’d were noting but helpful and got me a new order right away thank you !

The products are amazing, the packaging is adorable and the Christmas sales are incredible. My only downside is I've ordered from there twice and both times there was something wrong with the order. The first time I didn't get an item, and the second I was sent the wrong one. Their customer service however is very quick to respond and very nice so it makes up for it, and I'll still be a big fan and customer for ColourPop :)

I liked the vibrancy of the gel liners and the amount you get for the price, but the first shipment almost half of the gels were dried out and all of the pots were open. Turning the pots upside down they fell out! I wish I could’ve gotten the refund, but the site said “due to our low cost nature we can not give refunds” which is absolutely ridiculous! After sending my photos, they could only give me another package for free. Exact same issue, the pots were dried out once more and all of them were open. I would have rather gotten a refund instead of a new shipment that was as faulty as the first.

Overall, the quality of the palettes were very poor. Given the price that I purchased them for, I really shouldn’t have had high expectations for them but for some reason, I had always wondered what colourpop palettes were all about. I will definitely stick to Juvia’s Place from here on out. I tried to test a color on my brand new Powerpuff Girl’s palette and the whole color practically came off with one swipe. Highly disappointed in it’s pigmentation. Highly disappointed in it’s quality. Not even worth what I paid for and I purchased everything on sale. Never again.
