As a professional makeup artist, I love colourpop! The prices are always affordable and the product is great quality for how little you pay. I am always surprised and delighted by the eyeshadow palettes and body highlighters in particular. The color pay off is, at times, better than prestige brands. I love the supershock shadows and highlighters! I love the whole range of products and the brand concept. I think this company makes beautiful, quality makeup affordable for everyone, and I love the packaging. I think the promotions are very helpful and I feel excited every time there's a new launch. There is something for everyone to love at colourpop and I recommend my clients, family and friends to this brand almost every time someone has need of a replacement or wants to try something new. The only thing I would change is the shipping, but that has nothing to do with colourpop:)

Colourpop is one of a very few who makes their products here in the United States and that is key for me. Not only that, they have the highest quality control standards in the industry. You know what you're getting and they even have managed to make their products very affordable. I'm a pro makeup artist and I carry their products in my kit. I use them almost daily in my everyday life, as well. I highly recommend this company because of quality, standards, locality, price and customer service.

I ordered quite a lot and one part of my order, called the vault, which came with 5 pallettes, 3 came with the eye shadow pans messed up and I've never had to go through a hassle with any other makeup company to get a replacement.. but it was a process for ColourPop.. I still didn't even finish the process because I didn't want to go back and open up the pallettes which have eye shadow powder all over it to take a picture so they have just been sitting there in the corner.

My package was missing a palette, and instead of shipping me the palette which was in stock and currently is in stock, they wanted to offer me a coupon for its value instead of a refund. The coupon would require me to make another purchase and pay for shipping. The glitter shadows are p gritty and the blues are very chalky. The shimmers are nice but nothing to write home about, my favorite thing was the orange pigment colors.

I wear these colors for my birthday was so happy I could make myself look different for a change
