I still havent receive my package, truly frustrating. & customer service havent been helpful at all. No updates.

Some of the items I purchased came damaged. I reached out and the customer service was okay. I was disappointed. I would never buy again.

I ordered on the 22nd of December. I still haven't recieved my parcel, it's now the 29th of January. The last tracking message said it is in Germany. I am in New Zealand. I have contacted customer service and they said it was taking longer at the moment.

I've ordered once from ColourPop & it was not only easy, but my box was well packed & was shipped very fast, even though it was close to Christmas. I'm very pleased with my order & the quality.

I had missing items I order bk in de tans no one has sent me or contacted me in regards to my missing items

I ordered 5 palettes and while.rhe color payoff was great the pans are not so great. I got the Mandalorian palette and the glitter were so gritty and they easily broke apart...bit of a disappointment and also they were late and ruined 3 Christmas presents. Now that we've tried them out I'm not sure if I'll order again

Overpriced and came late... also to top it off, I ordered golden state warriors makeup kit and got Dallas mavericks instead. I was so mad I didn't even bother returning it. What a waste of my time and it ruined a Christmas gift for my sister.

There just so dang cute!
