ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

Amazing brand that is affordable and high quality

Llego todo super bien

My very first over arrived missing 2 items, one of which was a combination set. They refused to ship me out the replacement items and insisted on store credit. After some back and forth with customer service, I eventually received a partial refund for those items, however, as a Canadian resident they didn't refund the taxes paid on those items. The refunds were for the item amounts, pre tax, and when I inquired they closed the case and no additional action was taken to addressed. I not only missed out on items, but also ended up on the hook for the cost of the shipping and taxes for items I never received. By far some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and needless to say this was my first, but also last, order from this terrible company.

ColourPop never ceases to amaze me. The website is easy to navigate. The products and prices are always on point. ColourPop has never disappointed me.

Great service. Did not had any trouble with the order.

Some of the lipsticks I had ordered were missing I let it slide since I had ordered three of them but I only got two. But when I was looking at my eyeshadow palettes I received two that were broken. It was annoying to know that something like that had happened to me especially when it was my first time ordering from Colourpop.
