Incredibly easy to order and I just love the product!

Ordered and it quickly arrived. Good product especially for the price.

I’ve always loved ordering from here till now. I’ve never used their customer service either. My order was sent to another address instead of my address , which is the one they have for me. I understand mistakes can happen, but it’s how you handle the mistake. According the carrier they used, the address that was given to them for delivery to me does not exist, so they returned my order back to the company. The solution they gave me was they could do a one time “exception” and resend my order as long as it’s in stock, but I need to give an alternative address because they will not replace or refund orders that are sent to the wrong address, although they’re the ones that sent it to the wrong address. I don’t have an alternative address, they have the correct and only address I can use . Very disappointing. Clearly,I will not choose a replacement after what could happen and how it will not be refunded or replaced if it does happen again. They also offered to give me a refund. I thought about getting the refund and then purchasing the items again, except the item is about $20 more now, then I thought about this happening again, it being sent to a wrong address and not getting a refund or a replacement for it. I will not be ordering from them again , as who’s to say this will not happen again. A replacement and assurance they were sending it to the correct address would have been great. Very disappointing.

Had a few orders, the products are ok, but the jelly eyeshadows all dried out before I even used them. The customer service is awful - I'm currently waiting on a parcel that's had no tracking info update since the 22nd of December and when I emailed colorpop to ask they told me I need to check with my local postal service and be patient. Given it's literally in a different country and being shipped by a courier not my local postal service, this makes no sense and I assume is just a stock response. Rubbish.

This pallet is so awesome! The colors are amazing. There are so many to choose from. I have a new look everyday! I am so happy with this!!!

I received the wrong items, but that was fixed very easily and quickly. I just wasn’t thrilled with the blush, barely any color payoff and the blotted lips feel like a chapstick at first, then your lips are extremely dry within a half hour of putting them on.
