Beautiful colors!! Love it!

I ordered a full collection from colourpop as a present for my sister for her birthday. I live in Canada so I paid for shipping, duties, etc. When the package arrived it was missing one of the items. I was so glad I checked because if I had just wrapped it and given it to her she would have seen one of the items was missing and it would have probably been too late to do anything about it. I emailed them and asked them to send the replacement item as I saw it was still available for sale on the website. They said no, they would only give me store credit. I said that wasn't helpful, as I wasn't going to make a whole other order from them for one item, and that the shipping and duties I'd have to pay to make another order wasn't worth it. They said that they would only refund me this ONE time, but they still were not going to send the item. Which means I will never order from them again, because if they make another mistake they'll only give me store credit as I've already been refunded the "one" time, and I'd really rather not risk that. The person I was talking to also just seemed like they didn't care at all, which whatever, but they could at least pretend to care or even act polite.

So cute… great prices… easy online shopping.

I ordered a whole walls worth of various sized prints from Colourpop: black and white versions of photos we’ve taken on trips around the world. They turned out beautifully and the customer service was great as they double checked how I wanted the edges of the canvases to be finished. Production and shipping were fast and they were packed very well. Looking forward to putting them up and having a stunning “memory” wall of our travels! Highly recommend.
