I've been shopping at Colourpop for years and I've always had a good experience, and you do get very good quality for the price. On the rare occasion that I've had trouble with my order, the solutions were always quick and easy with polite customer service. I keep coming back for good reason!

I love my palette. The eyeshadow stays on and is true to the colors.

Color pop would be best if they could keep everything in stock constantly since there is such a high demand for their items, and the brushes could use some updating as far as their quality.
