Love love LOVE my new palette! I use it EVERYDAY! Every shade I picked is so much more pigmented than I imagined!! One shade came in broken but contacted customer service and got a replacement so fast!! This is why I'm a repeat customer! Love colourpop for its undeniable products and their AMAZING customer service. 💜

Visually these products are so alluring with a great selection...i was initially impressed with my super shock shadow in the pan, but the formula is too dry and textured for my mature hooded lids. I think the cheek formula on the eyes would be best, but build abilty and longevity must be improved for that to translate. Thanks so much for the opportunity.

i am a first time user from india. 1. There was a missing item in my order 2. When i contacted the customer care team about it they informed me that they will give me a coupon of $28 that is good, but when i informed them that I have spent almost $40 there was no reply from them and the have stopped the conversation abruptly without any reply.

I’ve shopped at Colourpop many times and have never had any trouble whatsoever with my orders. The quality of the products are great, and the prizes are amazing. I can only recommend this brand and have nothing bad to say about it. Processing and shipping is quick (around 10-14 days to Japan) but once you have placed the order you cannot cancel it; I guess that is the only drawback.

I love your eye shadow palettes. However, the Matte About You color stix kit I didn’t care for. Very hard to apply, it drags on your skin and you can’t get it even . I do really like your lipsticks.
