Best eyeshadow I own, and I own a lot!!

Hello, the reason for my low rating is that my package has not arrived yet, I bought it on May 20, on May 24 I was given notice that my package was on its way, but on the tracking page there are no signs that Advance. I know perfectly well that I bought on the day of free and international shipping, which could take a while, besides the fact that I think it is the fault of the parcel companies and not of colourpop in terms of shipping, I can only wait and if it takes longer, request a refund.

I usually love colourpop and its products because of its great quality but this last purchase had me disappointed, I purchased 3 eyeliners from the ppg collection, all the tips were smashed and the size was too little compared to the prize. Still, I will not let this bad experience ruin the perspective I have from this brand and later in the future will purchase something else because I´ve had more good experiences compared to this bad one.

The eyeliner I bought was perfect but the red mascara was dried out. Everything arrived in a timely fashion and seemed to have been in good condition.

Personally I don't think this company deserves any stars. Their website website has CAD pricing but that is not the currency they charged me in. So my billing did not match my expectations. They charged me in USD and that goes against what is shown on the website. When I tried to get the problem rectified. They company would only say that I should deal with my credit card company. When the company shows CAD pricing they should charge that price. This company does not.
