I love my color pop gel eyeliners. I rated 3 stars because every time I go to order the color I like, it is out of stock. I then purchase the multi pack to get the 3 or 4 colors I like. This has happened more than twice. Either way, I will continue to buy them😁

You all canceled my order instead of reaching out to see if their was something else you could send or keeping you website up to date with amounts/prices.

Such great quality for such a great price. Amazing pigmented eyeshadow, the mascara is brilliant but the stick foundation is a revelation. Perfect coverage, texture and blendability!

The three neutral palettes I ordered are fantastic -- they always are. Now, the lippy pencils are another matter. I ordered them, thinking they were going to be a good workaround to lipstick -- because on the website it says they can be worn alone, instead of lipstick. Well, they can't. They're too dry. They really are a lip liner, which you can also fill the entire lip with, but *then* you must apply either a matching lip color or gloss. So now I have a gigantic box of liners and no lipstick to go with most of it. Change the wording on the description to emphasize that they are *liners*.

Although my order was given wrong and I received a different product, the customer service team was incredibly nice and gave me the product I originally ordered.
