I loved everything except the double shift face cleanser. It has mango in it which I didn’t realize-(my fault for not reading the ingredients) but it wasn’t mentioned in the description so I thought I was safe. Had a horrible rash on my face for over a month after 1 use. People who are allergic to mango like myself get a rash similar to poison ivy when we come into contact with it. I wish you could put it contians mango in the description and not just the ingredients.

I like CP a lot. They've got awesome products & the packaging is amazing all on its own. I do disagree with one aspect, though, because when they offer to give you a free item...it's not free. They tend to "work it around the final order" making the "free items" only a dollar. That's not free. Otherwise I do enjoy ordering from them.

I never received my first order. I had to wait 3 weeks before they took it seriously. They sent a replacement and I got it 4 days later. Still waiting for the first order. I guess it’s never coming. I offered to send it back if it came but still hasn’t yet. The products that did arrive are great.

I have never bought a product from colourpop that I don’t like. Obsessed with my new super shock shadow (rosebud) & the lip oil it so luxurious! Most importantly an ingredient list I can trust & no animal testing. Colourpop you’re my forever fave

Firstly, I didn’t even receive my purchase because my card got declined. I only found out that my order got cancelled the next day when I went through my emails. Coincidentally, the promotion was over the next day and so I reached out to the customer service for assistance. I was told that I needed to reorder again on the website which was such a huge inconvenience. Why is the user experience so poor? When I explained that the promo was over and if there was a discount code for such cases, the customer service staff said there wasn’t and there’s nothing else they can do to help. Overall, all I can say is that my first purchase was such a disappointment. I usually purchase through my friends. Don’t expect any customer service from Colourpop.
