I received all items; safely.

The colors were atrocious. They look NOTHING like the pictures or item descriptions. Actually, they looked like cheap Walmart makeup or worse. Nothing was salvageable. And no returns??? Wonder why? I will never buy from them again nor would I embarrass myself by recommending this brand to anyone I know. Just awful. Such a disappointment. I'm out $50, such a waste of money.

I have made multiple purchases and they are always packed carefully! The shipping is super fast and I have never had any issues! My granddaughter loves her new makeup and the prices are always reasonable! I will definitely buy again! I highly recommend purchasing from them!

I had a okay experience ordering from colourpop. The shipping to Australia does take a while. I received my package in 4 weeks. I ordered a eyeshadow palette, lip set, brush set and cheek palette. The products were all there, but I wasn't expecting the nail polish like smell coming from the box. It also came from the cheek palette so I was a bit hesitant to use that. Overall a good experience with colourpop. Not sure I will order again considering the long shipping time and the fact that we can get great cosmetics from Sephora and Mecca here in Australia.
