I sent this to a friend for christmas and completely forgot to check in with her if she liked it until recently only to find out she never actually recieved it. I confirmed the address was correct for where she lived at the time (she just moved this month) This is extremely disappointing. And I’m hoping it’s not too late for them or resend it to her new address or refund me or something :(

There is a lack of consistency across the brand and color matching online isn't always great. I don't enjoy having to keep product that doesn't match my skin tone or doesn't meet my expectations.

Great eyeliners, and good international delivery. I ended repurchasing within a week.
