My favourite makeup brand, but unfortunately this was my second time ordering since im from Croatia and the custom fees are too big. They even feed a free gift i got! I wish I could find a EU shop with Colourpop

Bad experience. First time ordering from Colourpop and the Package never arrived. I placed the order on July 21st and even today the tracking number shows that Is on transit. Tried a couple of ocassions with the shipping company and did not work out.

I purchased several matte lipsticks because a few years ago your Khuruchi collab was the most. I love, love, love, the matte look. The colors are gorgeous. For several years I couldn’t find them. I am so happy matte lipsticks are back in your store. Whoot Whoot!

The colors are nice but found they do not wear long, even with their primer.

Poor international delivery option. I think you should reconsider how international packages are delivered and bypass the post office of the respective countries. Rather have private courier services handle the delivery door to door like the way other big companies do. My package has been sitting somewhere in my country for over 10 days now and there is no trace of it anywhere.
