Loyal customer for 3-4 years. The moment I needed customer service help because a foundation was darker than it seemed on the website, they basically gave me the middle finger and walked away. They claim that they absolutely make no exchanges/returns due to the lower price of their products. Hmm, I get that, but having a little bit of tact as a business would help you keep customers around and attract more. A customer who has spent hundreds on your products over a few years suddenly needs your help with something, but you were too nasty about it. Sadly your greedy attitude made me not want to purchase anything ever again.

I’ve used multiple different products in their line. All have lived up to my expectations. I recently purchased an eyeshadow palette. I was impressed by the amount of pigmentation in each of the colors. along with the eyeshadow palette there was a promotion to purchase a set of brushes. They are high-quality and well-made. I would’ve expected to pay more. I also purchased some lipstick. The formulation is smooth and easy to apply. One small criticism I have for the lipstick is I wish it had more staying power. I felt that I had to reapply frequently. I would definitely purchase all products again.

I love the way Colourpop packaging my makeup and my skincare with well Secure no damages at all. Eyeshadow is amazing I have no irritation on my eyelids. Fourth ray beauty made my skin feeling smooth and soft I had no breakouts.
